CQC Registered Home Manager
Lisa is the Registered Manager and has a QCF level 5. Lisa has also completed her NVQ 2, NVQ 3 and Lead to Succeed Management training. Lisa has been with us since January 2022, this is her first registered manager role but she has many years of experience with dementia, learning disabilities, home care and residential care settings.
Lisa is used to working in much larger services but The Willow appealed to her as it’s home from home and very person centred.

Wojtek Bukowski has worked at The Willow since 2008. Wojtek is also our Fire Safety Champion and carries out general maintenance and testing of equipment on a regular basis. Wojtek is highly regarded by the staff and residents. He splits his working week between day-to-day care duties and his other roles.

Antoinette Price has also got many years of experience in the care industry under her belt. Annie (as she likes to be called) has worked for The Willow for a number of years. She is involved in the day-to-day care and is also our Infection Control Champion, which is a very important role. Annie carries out audits every eight weeks to ensure that our systems for Control and Spread of Infection are robust and adhered to.
