The Willow Communal Areas
All the communal areas were fully refurbished in 2016.
The comfortable open plan lounge/conservatory area is where residents can sit quietly, read or entertain friends and family or join in with the daily activities. We have an cozy fireplace and a large TV. Drinks and snacks are always available for residents and visitors to help themselves.
The dining room is light and airy and looks out onto the garden.
Great care is taken to provide a well balanced, varied and interesting menu that is frequently reviewed. Special diets can also be catered for. Samples of our menus can viewed here.
We are very pleased to consistently be awarded the five star rating as part of the Food Standards Agency National Food Hygiene Rating Scheme. You can view our rating online here.

Testimonials
“It is very pleasant here, I enjoy it. The other residents are lovely. I like all the carers. I am very happy.”
“I count my blessings living here. Last night we had the television on and there was community singing. The patients were all singing and following the telly. I’ve never been in a place where the patients were happy and singing. I just hope the Lord spares me so that I can enjoy it.”
“I am very happy living here at The Willow. I had no one before; the carers are lovely to me. They are great human beings. We really appreciate how we are looked after here.”
“Thank you for making my stay at The Willow so pleasant and for the lovely (and still blooming) flowers when I left. I miss you all and am so grateful for all the kindly care I received. You have set up an unusual – maybe unique – home, caring, welcoming and friendly.”
“It’s absolutely perfect, it’s so lovely. If someone asked me what the best place is, I would say here. I love it, I love it, I love everything about it. The food is lovely and you’re always the same. You’re always trying to make things nice.”
“Thank you so much for making me feel so welcome when I visited my Cousin. I was so pleased to see how well she had settled in. You all seem to make a supreme effort to make your residents feel very much at home.”
“Dear Willow Staff, thank you so much for all you did for our Granddad. We were so lucky to have found you and have you take care of him.”
